The multi-cavity thermal insulation strips are engineered to offer an enhanced fit with the assembly surfaces of aluminum profiles, blending the aesthetic appeal of C-shaped strips while significantly reducing thermal conductivity coefficients. This design innovation not only boosts energy efficiency by minimizing heat transfer but also provides greater structural integrity compared to standard C-shaped strips. However, it’s worth noting that the superior performance and benefits of multi-cavity strips come at a slightly higher production cost, reflecting the advanced technology and materials used in their manufacture.

The performance of thermal barrier strips complies with the Chinese standard GB/T 23615.1-2017 and the European standard EN 14024:2004. For our series, the performance exceeds the standard requirements. In 2015, we assumed a leadership role in the Chinese National Standard Committee, overseeing the revision of GB/T 23615.1-2009 to the 2017 version.

Our factory operates over 40 extrusion lines dedicated to producing a wide range of plastic profiles. Our production process is supported by a 7*24-hour laboratory testing system to ensure consistent performance monitoring. With ISO9001 certification, we maintain a high standard of production quality.

The greatest challenge lies not in conceptualization but in execution. Many customers have expressed frustration when other manufacturers failed to produce the shapes they designed, prompting some to seek assistance directly from our workshop. We specialize in developing and fabricating custom dies of the PA66 thermal insulating profiles for our customers, and we have never failed to deliver on any shape requested. In most cases, we can complete the development of new products within 15 days.
