Engineered for durability and efficiency, our glass-fiber reinforced PA66 mounting rails offer a lightweight, corrosion-free alternative to traditional aluminum solar racking. With UV-resistant formulations and >100MPa tensile strength, these rails withstand extreme weather while reducing installation time by 30%. Ideal for rooftop and ground-mounted systems, they feature precision extrusion tolerances (±0.05mm) and customizable lengths (1-7m) to fit any solar array.

Advantages:

The polyamide solar panel mounting rails were extruded out with higher performance, longer life than traditional aluminium rails, nonconductivity polyamide prevents the lossing of electric power, makes solar power be transferred more effectively.
The material of the fiberglass reinforced polyamide (PA66GF) was already widely applicated in the high end thermal break window and facade systems, acting as thermal break between aluminium profiles.

Density of polyamide is only 1.35 g/cm3, half of the density of aluminum, lighter and lower cost.

Aluminum is a kind of highly activing metal, suffered from the corrosion from the environment. Polyamide is a kind of plastic which has excellent property of corrosion resistance, so has longer life than aluminum.

Most components applicated in electric systems are insulated, due to the limitation of technology and objective actors, aluminium frames were used in solar power systems, to protect the solar photovaltaic chips. But the electrical conductivity causes the electricity leakage.

90% Recyclable after 20 years!
